We are hosting the Healthy Homes Department to help members qualify for a grant for up to $7,500 per unit for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, railings, grab bars, toilets, water heaters, doors, locks, and more. The Healthy Homes Team will provide information and answer questions to assist members in qualifying for this grant. As we wait for legislation to repay Housing Providers for the lost rent during the moratorium this is a great opportunity to make needed repairs to your unit at no cost to you.
